Yummy
Initially out of the bottle I could see where it may smell like a baguette, but as it dried on the tester strip, it morphed into this amazing true to life shortbread baking in the oven. That buttery, slightly sweet smell of a shortbread cookie. I got a larger bottle after purchasing a sample. I dont normally purchase food FOs, because they more often than not have something in them that disagrees with me and makes me physically nauseous, but this stuff is amazing!!! Its incredible on its own or is fantastic as a mixer to get that “authentic” baking in your oven smell. I had purchased the oatmeal raisin cookie 1oz. bottle and got a sample of this. The oatmeal raisin cookie was ok, but when I poured the sample of this into it, it smelled exactly like the cookie should smell. There’s nothing fake smelling in this...truly amazing!!!
