This is a watery, airy, calming scent, with a hint of lavender / floral. Reminds me of something from the past. Maybe a 90s B&BW Joyful Garden scent? Can’t recall which one. But gentle & soft, nice for bedtime.

Tranquility Fragrance Oil - Soothing green chamomile, wild lavender and a hint of rose infused with ozone and gentle rain and then laid down on background notes of lilac, white lily and a clean musk violet base.
