Current Turnaround time is 3-4 BUSINESS days before shipping on regular orders and 7 BUSINESS days on large sample vial orders. This page will be updated once daily with new turnaround times and any new information.

If possible, please do not make large sample vial orders at this time as your order will be delayed. We are operating with a very limited staff and sample vial orders are the most time consuming to make.

All international orders have been temporarily suspended until we can safely bring our staff back and until international postal delays are resolved. Many of our International clients use a Freight Forwarder. Indigo Fragrance will not be held responsible for any problems with orders shipped through a freight forwarder. This includes, but is not limited to: problems with customs, damages caused by your freight forwarder, lost deliveries, or any other regulations that are mandated by your country. Indigo Fragrance will not credit or refund orders or provide replacement orders for any orders that ship via freight forwarder. Using a freight forwarder is the sole risk of the client.

08/07/20 - We had some technical difficulties with our website yesterday. Although I could see the orders in our cart system, they were not being sent to our queue. This is finally fixed but we have had to go in and manually grab every order that came in prior to the fix that did not make the queue. So that has put us a little behind. I had planned on opening back up this morning now that the problem is fixed, but have had several call-ins today so we will reopen on Monday so we can get caught up on everything. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding !

We are again closed for a bit to catch up on orders and do inventory. We will work as quickly as we can to catch up on all orders so that we can reopen as quickly as possible. Hopefully the closure time will be better as we do have an extra set of hands this time. :) 

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience and frequent closures, but we are receiving 1,000+ orders per day and we have a very limited staff due to the pandemic. Until the pandemic situation is more under control, I am afraid this "opening then re-closing" cycle we have been in will continue until we can safely bring all of our staff back to work. Right now this is the only way we can keep serving all of those who need our oils for their business. Please know that Jon and Leah and I are doing the very best we can to serve all of you. Again, our sincerest apologies for the delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

04/17/20

We will be closing again for a few days to catch up and do inventory. Remember everyone- while this pandemic is going on- it is just my husband Jon and I doing everything here to try to keep your orders going out to all of you. Until this pandemic is more under control, we cannot have onsite employees. (God I miss them all !) So it is just the two of us printing orders, looking for labels, printing labels, making/pouring orders, shipping orders, taping orders, tapping and pumping drums, pouring jugs, doing inventory, updating inventory databases, cleaning and sanitizing, ordering oils in, unloading trucks, answering customer service e-mails, answering the phones, etc.
 
We do not want to have these short interruptions, but I am afraid this is going to be the way things are going to have to go for awhile until the uncertainty of this pandemic is more known.
 
We are doing the very best we can given the circumstances and apologize for any inconvenience or delays.
 
A few thoughts....
 
We have lots of people "panic ordering". There is no need to panic order !! There has been no disruption to our supply chain but it is creating a huge backup of orders. I don't want to keep closing to catch up, but until things go back to "normal" we just need to catch up and re-inventory, etc. (We need to do inventory frequently so I can keep trucks of oils coming here !)
 
Please be kind. Jon and I work around the clock with little sleep just to keep orders going out to all of you. All non-essential Wisconsin businesses have been mandated closed by our Governor. WE ARE EXEMPT from that order and have no plans to close for a long period of time. So please do not panic. We will catch up and reopen and continue to do things as quickly and efficiently as we can.
 
And this cycle will repeat until we can bring our cherished employees back again.
 
Also, if you have a question, please check our frequently asked questions page before e-mailing. Also, we send a ship notice on EVERY SINGLE outgoing package. Please check your spam folder before e-mailing because they do go there sometimes. Make sure we are on your safe senders list in your e-mail so that you are receiving those ship notices. I am, as always, happy to answer any questions but if I can free up some time by having you check the FAQ, etc. then that is more time for me to make orders and help you keep all of YOUR businesses going ! :)

04/13/2020 Covid-19/Corona Virus Operational Update

We are still open for business. All non-essential Wisconsin businesses have been ordered closed by our Governor. However, we are exempt from this ruling and can remain open.

However- at this time we have no on-site employees until it is safe for all our employees to return to work. This is for their safety and ours. (Remember- Jon and I have an immuno-compromised son that has Cerebral Palsy and lives with us !)

It is just my husband Jon and I working hard around the clock here to make and ship all customer orders. We are dedicated to making sure our customers still have the products they need to keep their own businesses open. But there is just two of us here right now. We are currently operating within our normal turnaround time and ask for your help so we can keep it that way.

With that being said- please help us keep up so that we can continue to serve you in a timely fashion !

We are going to TEMPORARILY stop accepting new International Clients. If you are an already existing international client- please contact us BEFORE ordering.

We are TEMPORARILY not accepting orders for custom order/special order oils.

We will not be offering our monthly coupon code. This is only TEMPORARY.

Please check your spam folder for your tracking number BEFORE e-mailing us asking about the tracking number. We send a tracking number with EVERY package we ship at the time it ships. They sometimes go to spam folders. Please check this before e-mailing us.

Please DO NOT panic order. There has been no disruptions in our supply chain and we have plenty of stock. If you see an oil out of stock, it is only temporary until our next shipment comes in.

We are always available to help if needed but are trying to maximize the use of our time so that we can continue to get orders out in a timely fashion for all of you.
